At Covenant Acres Camp we are committed to finding the most enthusiastic, fun-loving, tenderhearted counselors in the world! We diligently search over 45 college campuses, churches and organizations to find young men and women who are passionate about spending their summer sharing their faith and caring for every camper. A counselors responsibility is focused around safety first and meeting the needs of the summer camp program.

Each of our counselors go through an extensive interview process as well as a 2-week orientation program before camp. We start on Sundays and end on Fridays during camp weeks. We are able to offer college scholarships and flexible pay. We offer over 35 activities, huge waterslide/rope swing and a 30 acre lake. Being a counselor will be some of the best days of your life. Other staff opportunities include grounds keeping, kitchen staff, Lifeguarding, office staff and worship leader. Each one of these positions have there own responsibilities but will have a part in our summer camp program.
